Vibrant Flavors is a dream come true. I created original recipes and healthy meals for my clients in a private chef business. I constantly found myself thinking about how to bring these delicious recipes to the world. When a friend from New Zealand introduced me to dukkah, the dream became reality.

After realizing that the main ingredient was hazelnuts — one of Oregon’s major crops — my quest began. I spent months recipe testing to find just the right taste. My goal of using local ingredients and sources became a part of Vibrant Flavors. Not only had I created a healthy, delicious product, but developed sustainable business practices and earth-friendly packaging as well. Oregon Dukkah’s vibrant flavor comes from using the finest and freshest ingredients available. We developed a unique process of toasting and milling the spices and nuts bringing together a multi-layered, crunchy taste sensation for you to enjoy.

Go Ahead, Double Dip!

The original way to "do the dukkah" is to take a chunk of bread, dip into olive oil, double dip into dukkah, eat and enjoy. It's a great complement to good wine.
